An ideal opportunity to create and spend a few hours with a dear friend or newcomer to embroidery as the kit contains everything necessary except for scissors and hoops!

In this project, you will learn how to create interesting three-dimensional effects with embroidery. You will learn how to make stumpwork butterflies and leaves using a needle painting technique. We show you how to make delicate, twirled Campanula stems and leaves and how to form lifelike flowers with silk ribbon.

You Will Need 

  • A small pair of sharp embroidery scissors (with sharp points) that will easily cut out the stumpwork shapes.
  • An old pair of scissors or nail clippers will be necessary to cut the stumpwork wires
  • and three hoops: 6-, 8- and 10-inch hoops.
