The image is printed (in full colour) onto 100% cotton. The size of this design is 15 cm (6 inches) in diameter, printed on a larger cloth so it fits snugly in a 6"/15cm hoop.
Also included with your medium sized embroidery panel is the stumpwork panel also printed on 100% A5 (small) size which will also fot your 6"/15cm hoop.
