Some news from California... Hello stitching world ♫♬♪♫   I thought you would enjoy seeing a happy group of embroiderers who attended the Ribbon Embroidery & Stumpwork course with the talented Karen Fraser at Piecemakers in Costa Mesa, California   This is what they wrote to me:   A great time was had by all at The Piecemakers on March 19.  A lot of laughs about the Ribbon Embroidery and Stumpwork project that they completed of Di van Niekerk's.   The end result was enormous satisfaction for each individual.  They all were so pleased at the project and all of the new techniques they acquired. They are ready for another challenge of Di's.   Click on the image to enlarge                     Of the 13 individuals that took the class 8 of the students completed.  Di, Piecemakers and I would like to acknowledge their efforts...and salute them for their accomplishments....   Rebecca  Alvarenga, Judy  Anselmo, Kathy Ballantyne, Peggy Barla, Mary Blackwell, Sandy Grace, Gay Gurney, Sandi Kato, Toni Montrone, Lorraine Ong, Madonna Pincus, Jan Taylor, Sandra Van Sickle.   Here are several pictures from that special day, and also a picture sent to us from Toni Montrone.
