Hello from a hot and sunny Cape Town! 

Today I want to show you something by a talented embroiderer who teaches classes in Conroe, Texas.

 

I have known Leslee for many years and I love her style of work. Here is her rendition of Dream Patio and she wrote: "My neighbor couldn't resist it and immediately bought it from me!"

I love the simplicity of this piece - the stitches and the colours are perfect! 

Leslee used Ribbon stitch, and loose French knots to create a lot of the texture in this design.
